Orders and Shipping
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If we receive your order before our daily cut-off time, we will dispatch it the same working day on a next day delivery service.
Our dispatch cut-off times are as follows:
- Monday & Friday: 12:00pm
- Tuesday – Thursday: 1:00pm
We operate Monday to Friday only and do not dispatch orders at weekends. Any orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive it the next working day, however next-day delivery may not be available in all areas of the UK.
It is not compulsory to create an account to order from us, however you can register an account on the My Account page.Â
If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible. Due to our quick dispatch it can be difficult for us to change your delivery address, but we will of course try our very best.

No! We will never store any card details. When you order by card payment, the information is submitted directly to PaymentSense’s secure payment processing system.
Yes, all of our prices are shown with VAT already included and a full VAT invoice will be provided.
At present we only deliver to the UK, we are working on accepting international orders. If you are outside of the UK please contact us if you would like to order.
Yes, most of the time. However for larger items, such as wheelbarrows, we may have to send multiple parcels.
If you need to return or swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
In general you have 30 days to return your items. If you have ordered by mistake or the wrong item the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging so that we can sell it again. In this instance you will be responsible for return postage.
In the unlikely even that an item should arrive damaged, broken or simply does not work, we must be notified as soon as possible and we will pay for the return postage. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We have very limited time to change shipping information. If your order has already been dispatched we will attempt to update your address with the courier but this is not always possible, so, we may have to request for the parcel to be returned to us, unfortunately this will incur an additional delivery charge.
Potentially, if the order has not already been dispatched. If you contact us as soon as possible we will try and hold it back so it does not enter the courier network. If it has already entered the courier network we will ask the courier to return the parcel to us, if it is not possible to do this then please refuse the parcel when they attempt delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of delivery if the parcel has already left us, additional charges may apply should we incur further costs from our courier.
