We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If we receive your order before our daily cut-off time, we will dispatch it the same working day on a next day delivery service.

Our dispatch cut-off times are as follows:

• Monday & Friday: 12:00pm
• Tuesday – Thursday: 1:00pm

We operate Monday to Friday only and do not dispatch orders at weekends.

Any orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive it the next working day, however next-day delivery may not be available in all areas of the UK.

We offer a 30 day returns from receipt of goods. Returns are subject to restocking charges up to 30% and must be in a saleable condition.

Once your order has been dispatched it can be difficult to change the delivery address due to the quick delivery, it will depend on how far along your order has got in the delivery network, however, we will always try our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to change your delivery address.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note that our emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders, so please check there, if you have not heard from us! Please contact us if you have any problems with tracking your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to correct this, though, it may be subject to extra delivery charges.

At present we only deliver to the UK and Ireland. If you live outside of the UK please contact us for a delivery quote.

The majority of orders will be sent as in one parcel, though larger items, such as wheelbarrows or quantities of larger products, are likely to arrive in multiple parcels. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries about your order.
